Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information TranscribeAnyVideo (operated by Blessinger LLC) collects, how we use it, and your choices. Short version: we collect as little as possible, we don't sell your data, and we don't show ads.

What we collect

• Videos, audio and links you submit. We download or receive the media only to create your transcript. Media files are deleted from our servers as soon as processing finishes.
• Transcripts. Your transcript is sent back to your browser. We do not keep a copy on our servers.
• Wallet and purchase records. We store your wallet code, its credit balance, and a record of purchases and credit use (time, amount and the type of source, such as "YouTube link" or "file upload").
• Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe may share limited details with us, such as the payment amount, status and the email you entered at checkout.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our servers briefly process your IP address and basic request information to deliver the site, prevent abuse and enforce usage limits. Server logs are kept for a limited time.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your personal information.
• We don't show ads and don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We don't use your content to train AI models.

Browser storage

We save your wallet code in your browser's local storage so your credits are there when you return. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings. Write your code down first if you want to keep using your credits.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed:

• Stripe: payment processing.
• OpenAI: speech recognition. Audio is sent through OpenAI's API to produce the transcript. OpenAI does not use API data to train its models by default and may keep it for a limited period under its own policies.
• Render: website hosting.
• Network providers: to retrieve media from the links you submit.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or the Service.

Retention

Media files are deleted right after processing. Wallet and purchase records are kept while your wallet has credits and as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access or delete the records tied to your wallet code by emailing us with the code. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them as required by law.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always posted here with its effective date.
