These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TranscribeAnyVideo at transcribeanyvideo.com (the "Service"), operated by Blessinger LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service or buying credits, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
The Service creates text transcripts from videos and audio that you upload or link to. Transcripts are produced automatically by speech-recognition software and may contain errors. Please review them before relying on them.
We don't use accounts. When you buy credits you receive a wallet code. Anyone who has your wallet code can use its credits, so keep it private. We can't recover credits used by someone else with your code, but contact us if you think your code was exposed.
You may only submit content that you own or have the right to use and transcribe. You are responsible for following the terms of the platforms you link to and for respecting creators' rights. You agree not to use the Service to:
We may refuse, limit or stop service to anyone who breaks these rules. If we stop service because of a violation, we are not required to refund credits.
You keep all rights to the content you submit and to the transcripts you receive. You give us only the limited permission needed to process your content and deliver your transcript. We own the Service itself, including its software and design.
We use trusted providers to run the Service, including payment processing (Stripe), speech recognition (OpenAI), hosting and network providers. Your use of linked platforms (for example Instagram, YouTube or TikTok) is governed by their own terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms.
We work to keep the Service available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or that every link will work. Platforms change often and may block access to some videos. Uploading the file directly is always an option.
THE SERVICE AND TRANSCRIPTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, BLESSINGER LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from content you submit or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
